Denise grew up in Whiteland and has been proudly serving her hometown as a dental hygienist for over 20 years. After completing her training at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, she returned to build lasting connections with her patients and their families-relationships she values deeply. Outside of work, Denise is an avid runner and devoted dog lover. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Shane, and their two daughters, making the most of every moment together.
Jared is a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for patient education and providing top notch care. A lifelong fan of Harry Potter and Michael Buble, he brings a bit of magic and melody into his work, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for his patients. Jared first joined the Magnolia team as a dental assistant, but later got into the competitive Dental Hygiene program at the JU School of Dentistry where he was recognized for his clinical excellence and academic achievements. His goal as a hygienist is to empower patients to take control of their oral health through fb compassionate, personalized care.
A former pet groomer, Jared is an animal lover! His own pets bring him endless joy and companionship.
Since 2008, Mario has devoted himself to serving patients with genuine warmth and a ready smile. Passionate about making each visit positive and comforting, he brings dedication and heart to his work every day. Mario has experience in both the administrative and the clinical side of dentistry, so he is able to help patients understand their treatment plans and answer any questions they may have. Outside of the office, Mario immerses himself in poetry, dance, and exploring new forms of artistic expression, which enrich his life and inspire his approach to patient care. With faith as his anchor and the arts as his passion, Mario is proud and grateful to be part of the Magnolia Dental family.
Lexi is a seasoned front office dental administrator with extensive experience across various dental settings. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for patients, she goes above and beyond to ensure each person feels informed and confident in their treatment journey. She's highly skilled at navigating insurance coverage and explaining treatment plans, always prioritizing the best interest of the patient. Her dedication and expertise make her a trusted and invaluable resource for patients and the entire dental team.
Edwin is a veteran expanded functions dental assistant with over 11 years in the field, combining technical skill with an artistic touch. Passionate about various forms of art and sculpture, he approaches dental work as both a science and an art, paying close attention to detail in every procedure. His creativity and steady hand bring precision and care to each patient's experience, and he loves helping people feel confident in their smiles. Having several years of experience at Riley Hospital for children, and being a big kid at heart, he is warm, engaging and compassionate with our pediatric patients. He is a good communicator in general, but being bilingual helps our Spanish-speaking patients feel at-ease.
Maddy is a compassionate and engaging dental assistant that has grown with our practice from a newly-trained expanded functions dental assistant to a skilled clinical team member, trained under Dr. Johnson. Known for her warm approach, she loves getting to know each patient, making sure they feel comfortable and understood. With a knack for technology, she integrates her tech skills into dental procedures, enhancing efficiency and patient care. Her dedication to creating a friendly and seamless experience ensures that patients leave with a smile. A former varsity basketball player that helped take Whiteland high school to the 2018 Midstate Championship, Maddy is a sports fan! She still plays basketball and softball and roots the University of Kentucky men's and women's basketball and Cincinnati Reds baseball.
